Archend Visuals is a small, friendly team of creative individuals based in New Castle, Slovakia. Thanks to the internet era there is no need to visit our headquarters as the communication happens through emails and phone calls from the comfort of your home/office.

We are focused on producing realistic CGI’s / Architectural Visualizations for property developers, architectural offices, investors and real estate agents. Our images are primarily used for banners, brochures, selling off-plan, submitting alongside planning applications and marketing overall. Thanks to the fact that our office is based in Slovakia and the business expenses here are low, we can offer affordable prices even for smaller developers and offices.

1. COST ESTIMATES

After receiving the project documents and the number of required images we prepare a custom offer. It is important to send over as much information and project details as possible to ensure a smooth process. Once the client accepts the offer and sends over the required information we begin with working on the 3D model.

2. CONCEPT

We prepare the first draft of the project which we call the "whitemodel" since there are no textures applied yet. These whitemodel progress images are made to show the client the camera positions, view angles, furniture styles and furniture layouts. During this stage the client is free to ask for any major changes and adjustments until confirmation.

3. TEXTURES

After the Concept phase has been confirmed we move on to texturing and setting up the lights. We send over low-resolution renderings to show these to the client. During this stage the client can ask for any number of texture and material changes and also minor layout/furniture modifications.

4. POST PRODUCTION

After the textures and low resolution renders have been confirmed we render the final full resolution images and move on to the Post Production phase where we adjust a lot of things in Photoshop.

5. DELIVERY

Before the payment we send the client a proof of the finished images and their resolution quality. And after the payment is received we deliver the finished images in multiple formats via e-mail or dropbox. Even after the final delivery there is a chance to request minor changes in case there was an error on our side or the required modification is very minor.
